广西城镇化发展效率研究

Study on the Development Efficiency of Urbanization in Guangxi

广西城镇化发展的方向是新型城镇化,城镇化发展效率影响广西新型城镇化的深入推进。利用投入导向的BCC模型对广西各个区域和各个地市的城镇化发展效率进行深入分析,发现在区域层面,桂西地区和北部湾城市群的相应效率均值大于桂北地区和桂东地区,广西区内四大地区的相应效率均值的差距呈现缩小的趋势。从具体地市来看,经济基础较差的地市相应的效率值处于较优的次数较少,而经济基础较好的地市相应的效率值处于较优的次数较多。基于此,从区域层面和具体地市层面,提出提高广西新型城镇化发展效率的建议。

The direction of urbanization development in Guangxi is the new urbanization, and the development efficiency of urbanization affects the deepening of new urbanization in Guangxi. Based on the BCC model, the corresponding efficiency of urbanization and development in each region and each city of Guangxi is analyzed. At the regional level, the corresponding efficiency of the urban agglomeration in western Guangxi and Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration is higher than that in northern Guangxi The gap between the corresponding efficiency of the four regions in the region shows a narrowing trend. From the specific city, the corresponding efficiency value of the city with poor economic base is less favorable, and the corresponding efficiency value of the city with better economic base is more favorable. Based on this, from the regional level and the specific city level, we put forward to improve the efficiency of Guangxi＇s new urbanization development proposals.
