摘要
目前,发达国家已经形成了较为成熟的农村土地产权抵押模式。我国部分地区也进行了"两权"抵押贷款试点。本文在大冶市农村承包土地的经营权抵押贷款试点实践基础上,从加大政策扶持、提高风险容忍度、增强社会保障等方面就进一步推广农村承包土地的经营权抵押贷款提出相关建议。
At present, the developed countries have formed a more mature model of rural land property rights mortgage. Some areas of our country also carried out the "two rights" mortgage pilot. In this paper, Daye City, rural land contracting management right mortgage loan pilot on the basis of practice, the article proposes suggestions on policy support and improve risk tolerance, enhance social security and other aspects to further promote rural land management right mortgage.
