Post Evaluation Analysis of Geological Survey Project Benefit——As “Cu Polymetallic Deposit of Zhongdian Region in Yunnan” for Instance

论文选取矿产资源评价项目作为案例分析,首先按照10个工作手段,将项目成果一一列出;其次,按照经济效益、社会效益及可持续影响三大类,将成果按表现形式确定出更详细可量化的指标值;再次,将成果分为三个阶段,并分析2006年—2010年的经济效益、社会效益、可持续影响;最后,对三方面的效益进行了归纳总结。基于此,论文提出了下一步的工作建议:进一步完善规范地质调查项目效益分析的指标体系;扩大案例分析范围,尽快实施地质调查成果分级、分阶段效益分析。

In order to provide a more scientific assessment of the effectiveness of geological survey programs awell as a better post-estimation, a mineral resources assessment project has been chosen as a case in point First, thipaper lists the achievements of this project according to the 10 methods of work＊ Then, by dividing the effectivenesindicators into three categories, namely, economic effectiveness, social performance and sustainable impact, thachievements can be evaluated in a more specific and quantitative way with respect to their forms of performanceAfter this, by dividing the achievements into three time periods, an analysis of the achievements in the 2006-201period is given with reference to their economic effectiveness, social performance and sustainable impact. Lastlythe effectiveness in three aspects is summarized and concluded. The paper also gives some suggestions： to perfecthe indicator system used in assessing geological survey programs and to widen the range of case analysis so thathe achievements and effectiveness of various geological work can be grades in a more timely fashion.
