摘要
采用数值模拟方法,研究耙吸挖泥船超高压淹没水射流特性,主要研究了超高压射流喷嘴在射流方向的影响范围、移动速度对射流特性的影响等问题。结果表明:超高压冲水时,随着射流距离的增加,射流动态压力呈现指数衰减特性,射流稳定时间随着射流压力的增加而增加。射流未充分发展时,当射流距离达到一定临界值的情况下,在较远处的射流中心线周围形成反向狭长涡量场,形成的二次漩涡在耙头挖掘过程中可提高疏松土质的效率,从而提高疏浚效率。
Through the numerical simulation method, we studied the characteristics of submerged ultra-high pressurejet of trailing suction hopper dredge (TSHD) , mainly studied the influence range ofthe high pressurejet nozzle in the direction of thejet , and the influence of the moving velocity on the characteristics of thejet are studied. Results show that the dynamic pressure of thejet decreases exponentially with the increase of thejet distance, and the steady time of thejet increases with the increase of thejet pressure when the ultra-high pressure flushing. When thejet is not fully developed and thejet distance reaches a certain critical value, a reverse vortex field is formed in the center of thejet centerline. The twice vortex structure can improve the efficiency of loose soil on the dredging process, increase the efficiency of the dredging operations.
