摘要
为降低成本,曹妃甸煤炭码头三期工程采用价格低廉的市政源水进行环保除尘。由于市政源水存在水压不足、水质较差等问题,制约了它的推广使用。文章研究了港口现有煤污水处理系统随降雨变化的运行规律,利用污水处理间歇期,对市政源水进行处理净化,解决市政源水的水压、水质问题,进而提高了污水处理设备的利用率,节约了市政源水净化设施的投资,降低了生产成本,实现了水资源的综合利用和港口生产节能减排的双重价值,取得了较好的经济效益。
Caofeidian coal terminal phase 3 project uses cheap municipal raw water for dust suppression in order to reduce the investment. Due to the low water pressure and poor water quality, the application of raw water has been restricted. We studied the operation rules of the existing port coal sewage treatment system running with the precipitation change, using the intermittent period of sewage treatment to treat and purify the municipal raw water, and to solve the low pressure and poor water quality problems of municipal raw water. Then the utilization rate of the sewage treatment equipments was improved, the investment of the municipal raw water purification facilities was saved, the running cost was reduced. The dual value of the comprehensive utilization of water resources and the energy saving and emission reduction in port production have been achieved, and good economic benefits have been achieved.
