钢管桩组合板桩码头结构施工期特性

摘要 钢管桩组合板桩码头结构是一种新型结构,准确把握该结构施工期的变位特性是保障结构设计安全、适用的前提。文中利用有限元分析方法对该结构施工的主要工况进行数值模拟,得到施工期最大沉降为9.23 cm,结构最大位移-4.44 cm发生在泥面附近,最大弯矩值为7 525 k N·m;对回填块石的参数进行敏感性分析,敏感度块石最高,泊松比次之,弹性模量最小。对于沉降而言,弹性模量和泊松比增加会引起沉降减小,重度相反,对于位移和弯矩而言,弹性模量增加会引起其减小,重度和泊松比相反。研究成果可为了解把握该新型结构的特性提供参考。 Steel tubular-sheet pile combined structure is a new wharf structure, mastering whose characteristics of deformation and displacement during construction period is the premise of ensuring the safety and applicability of the structure design. We use finite element analysis methods to simulate the main working conditions in different construction steps. The results show thatthe maximum settlement is 9.23 cm, the maximum deformation is 4.44 cm and the maximum bending moment is 7 525 kN-m of the structure. The sensitive analysis of the parameters of backfill stone shows that the most sensitive parameter is unit weight, the second is Poisson's ratio, and the least one is elasticity modulus. For settlement, with the increase of Poisson's ratio and elasticity modulus the results will decrease, unit weight is opposite. For deformation and bending moment, with the increase of elasticity modulus the results will dencrease too, but unit weight and Poisson's ratio is opposite. This paper provides references for related people to learn the new structure.
