摘要
文章阐述了港珠澳大桥香港段接线高架桥工程180 m大跨度超高墩顶块预制项目中,墩顶块预制工艺方法和模板系统解决方案。通过大量引入液压同步技术,实现模板系统快速开/合模控制,提高了预制功效。通过实践证明,整套系统的可操作性强,自动化程度高,取得了很好的经济效益。
Based on the 180 m long-span ultra-high pier top block prefabricated project in the wiring viaduct project at the Hongkong section of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, we introduced the pier top block prefabrication technology and the formwork system solution. Through the introduction of a large number of hydraulic synchronization technologies to achieve rapid template system open / close mold control, and improve the prefabricated efficacy. The practice shows that the whole system has high operability, high degree of automation, and has achieved good economic benefits.
