摘要
移栽机械化设备作为育苗工厂化生产的重要设备,在提高育苗工作效率上有着重要意义。为了提高穴盘苗移栽的效率和自动化程度,设计了一种基于光电传感器和PLC编程的自动移栽装置,并在PLC控制器中嵌入了模糊控制算法,有效地提高了系统的抗干扰能力和自动化程度。该设备利用光电传感器对穴盘特征参数进行扫描,可以发现空穴盘和无穴盘的情况,并能够对穴盘苗进行定位。设计开发了试验样机,并开发了上位机和下位机控制平台,利用PLC控制器和模糊控制软件框架,实现了移栽设备的自动化移栽。试验表明:采用模糊PLC控制器,穴盘苗准确识别率和移栽成功率平均值为9 8.9%和9 9.5%,作业精度较高,可以满足现代化温室种植的需要。
As an important equipment in the production of nursery , transplanting mechanization equipment is of great sig-nificance in improving the efficiency of the work .In order to improve the tray seedling transplanting efficiency and auto-mation, it designed a kind of automatic transplanting device based on photoelectric sensor and PLC programming , and it effectively improved the system anti-interference ability and the degree of automation in the embedded PLC controller based on fuzzy control algorithm .The device uses photoelectric sensor to scan the characteristic parameters of the hole , which can find the situation of the hole and the hole , and locate the hole plate seedling .It designed and developed the experimental prototype , the upper computer and the lower computer control platform .The PLC controller and the fuzzy control software frame were used to realize the automatic transplanting of the transplanting equipment .The experiments indicated that the accuracy of identification rate and transplanting success rate is 98 .9%and 99 .5%, with the average of and , which can meet the needs of modern greenhouse cultivation .
