摘要
穴盘播种机械是工厂化育苗的关键环节,在工厂化育苗过程中占据重要地位,而吸种盘则是其关键机构之一,其形状机构以及其内部气室的流场对播种机的吸种排种具有显著影响。为此,本文设计数值模拟正交试验,利用Solid Works进行三维建模、workbench CFX模块进行仿真计算、spss对计算结果进行分析,并对吸盘的形状进行优化设计。优化结果表明:气流的稳定性进一步提高,为吸种盘的设计提供了技术依据。
Tray seeder is regarded as the core equipment of industrial seeding technique , and the plate is one of the key institutions .its shape and the internal air chamber flow field of tray seeder suction seed metering has a significant impact In this paper , we design a numerical simulation orthogonal experiment , using SolidWorks to carry out 3 D modeling .Use CFX Workbench to simulate numerically .The calculation results are analyzed by using SPSS .And optimize the shape of sucker .The optimization results show that the stability of the air flow is further improved , which provides a technical ba-sis for the design of the suction plate .
