摘要 设计了一款自走式旋翼气流辅助式静电喷杆喷雾机,应用静电喷雾技术提高了雾滴在靶标上的附着性,利用气流辅助技术提高雾滴的穿透性。该机具有水平和垂直两种工作方式,可针对不同高度、不同长势的作物进行喷洒。对喷雾机开展了流量、水平喷幅测试,进行了雾滴沉积效果及雾滴穿透性等试验研究。研究结果表明:整机静态和动态流量接近,稳定性较好;随着喷头与靶标距离增大,喷雾幅宽增大。在整个幅宽范围内雾滴覆盖较均匀,当喷雾高度为1m时,9#~11#水敏纸上的覆盖率和沉积量最大;雾滴粒径为150~300μm,平均雾滴粒谱宽度1.1~1.8,说明雾滴分布较均匀。旋翼气流对雾滴在植株内的穿透性有直接影响,喷头距离靶标越近,雾滴穿透沉积效果越好。试验结果对优化旋翼气流静电喷杆喷雾机的结构,提高其应用效果具有重要意义。 This paper designs a self-propelled type rotor air assisted electrostatic spray rod spraying machine , electrostat-ic spraying technology improve the droplet adhesion in the target , using gas assisted technology to improve the droplet penetration , the machine with horizontal and vertical two kinds of work , according to different height , growing different crops were sprayed .Thesis on the spray machine to carry out the flow test , horizontal spray amplitude test , droplet depo-sition effect and penetration of droplets of experimental studies , the results of the study show that , close to the machine with static and dynamic traffic , the stability of the complete machine better; with the increase of the distance from the nozzle and the target , spray width increases .In the whole width range droplet coverage is uniform .When the spray height of 1m, 9#-11#water sensitive paper coverage rate and deposition;droplet average diameter of 150-300 μm, av-erage droplet spectrum width items 1 .1-1 .8 that droplet distribution is uniform .Rotor airflow of droplets in a plant pene-trating has a direct impact , closer to the distance between the nozzle target , penetration of droplets deposition , the bet-ter .The test results to optimize the rotor airflow electrostatic spray rod spraying machine structure , improve its application effect has important significance .
