摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定矿泉水中铁、锰、铜、锌、铅、镉、铝7种微量元素的方法。方法利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱技术,优化实验条件,直接分析样品,同时进行射频(RF)功率、雾化气流量、等离子气流量选择以及基体干扰等试验。结果方法中各元素最低检测限为0.1~2.4μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.98%~6.02%,相关系数为0.999 3~0.999 9,回收率为98.0%~110.0%。结论该方法样品处理简单,同时具有检出限低、准确度高、重现性好、分析速度快等优点,完全满足矿泉水中7种元素的检测要求。
[Objective]o establish a method for determination of 7 trace elements(iron,manganese,copper,zinc,lead,cadmium and aluminum) in mineral water by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). [Methods]The full spectrum direct-reading inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy was used to directly analyze the samples by optimizing the experimental conditions. At the same time,the radio frequency(RF)power,choice of atomizing gas flow,choice of plasma gas flow and the matrix interference tests were performed. [Results]The lowest detection limits of 7 trace elements were0.1-2.4 μg/L,the relative standard deviations were 0.98%-6.02%,the correlation coefficients were 0.999 3-0.999 9,and the recoveries were 98.0%-110.0%. [Conclusion]The method has the advantages of simple sample processing,low detection limit,high accuracy,good reproducibility and rapid analysis,which fully meets the detection requirements for 7 trace elements in mineral water.
