2015年天津市西青区法定传染病疫情

Epidemic situation of notifiable communicable diseases in Xiqing District of Tianjin City in 2015

目的了解天津市西青区2015年法定传染病的流行特征,为制定传染病防治策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对疫情资料进行分析。结果 2015年天津市西青区共报告法定传染病23种4 452例,死亡4例,报告发病率549.93/10万,死亡率0.49/10万。发病数居前5位的是其他感染性腹泻病、手足口病、痢疾、肺结核、梅毒。结论在法定报告传染病中,肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病是西青区的防控重点,其中以其他感染性腹泻病、肺结核为主。

[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable communicable diseases in Xiqing District of Tianjin in 2015,provide scientific evidence for the development of prevention and control strategies.[Methods] Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic data of notifiable communicable diseases.[Results]Totally 4 452 cases of 23 notifiable communicable diseases were reported in Xiqing District of Tianjin in 2015,including 4 deaths. The reported incidence rate was 549.93/lakh,and the mortality was 0.49/lakh. The first five diseases with most cases were other infectious diarrhea,hand foot and mouth disease,dysentery,pulmonary tuberculosis and syphilis.[Conclusion]Enteric infectious disease and respiratory diseases are the control priorities in Xiqing District,which mainly include other infectious diarrhea and pulmonary tuberculosis.
