医学信息工程在公共卫生领域中的研究现状 被引量:4

摘要 医学信息工程是一门新兴的交叉学科,是电子、计算机、通信、智能仪器、传感检测、医学仪器以及生物学、现代医学等在生命科学中的应用与融合。近年来,医学信息工程已被广泛地应用于我国公共卫生领域中,其目的是解决公共卫生中的有关问题,促进人类健康,为疾病检测、传染病信息采集、健康管理、卫生服务利用与决策等方面服务,具有较好的应用前景。该文主要从传染病信息采集、人群健康管理、卫生信息系统的开发与应用、公共卫生监测4个方面分别论述了医学信息工程在公共卫生领域中的研究现状,并对其在该领域的发展前景进行了展望。 Medical information engineering is a rising interdisciplinary field, which is the application and integration of electronics, computer, communication, intelligent instrument, sensor detection, medical instrument, biology and modern medicine in life sciences. In recent years, medical information engineering has been widely applied in the field of public health in China, which aims to solve the problems in public health, promote human health, and provide the service for detection of disease, infectious disease information collection, health management, health service utilization and decision-making, and it has good prospects of application. This paper discusses the research status of medical information engineering in the field of public health from four aspects of infectious disease information collection, health management, development and application of heahh information system, and public health surveillance, and predicts its development in this field.
