结肠炎、结肠息肉及结肠癌患者HP感染与血清胃泌素的相关性研究

The Association of Helicobacter Pylori in Fection and Serum Gastrin with Colontis,Colonic Polyp and Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨结肠炎、结肠息肉、结肠癌患者幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染与血清胃泌素(Gas)水平的相关性。方法采用放射免疫法(RIA)测定结肠炎患者20例、结肠息肉患者55例、结肠癌患者20例及对照组30例的血清胃泌素水平,通过14C呼气试验检测各组HP感染,并进行比较分析。结果结肠息肉组、结肠癌组的HP感染率均高于对照组,结肠息肉组高于结肠癌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组中HP阳性者血清胃泌素水平均高于HP阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HP感染可能通过影响血清胃泌素的水平在肠道黏膜病变的发生发展过程中起到一定作用。

Objective To investigate the association of Helicobacter pylori in fection and serum gastrm with colontis, colonic polyp and colorectal cancer. Methods The serum gastrin levels were determined in 20 pa- tients with colontis, 55 patients with colonic polyp, 20 patients with colorectal cancer and 30 healthy controls by radiom imunoassay, the infection of Helicobacter pylori were determined by 14C breath test, then comparatively analyzed. Results The HP infection rate of colonic polyp and eolorectal cancer group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and that of the colonic polyp group was higher than in the colorectal cancer group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）, The serum levels of gastrin in the HP infection groups were higher than those of the HP negative groups, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion HP infection may play a role in the pathogenesis of the intestinal mucosa lesions by affecting the level of serum gastrin.
