摘要
对源自黄芪内生真菌AR07中拮抗皮革霉变真菌的化合物进行分离。利用柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和抑菌生物活性跟踪法,对内生真菌AR07发酵代谢物进行分离纯化,并结合波谱分析鉴定分离得到的化合物。结果显示:AR07的发酵代谢物中分离到7个拮抗皮革霉变的化合物,分别是麦角甾醇(ergosterol)(1)、过氧化麦角甾醇(ergosterol peroxide)(2)、尿囊素(allantoin)(3)、fumiquinazoline A(4)、fumiquinazoline C(5)、monomethylsulochrin(6)和杀锥曲菌素(trypacidin)(7)。其中(1)和(2)为甾体类物质,(3)、(4)和(5)为生物碱类物质,(6)和(7)为醌类化合物,说明黄芪内生真菌AR07对皮革的防霉作用是多种天然产物协作的体现。
The leather mildew antagonism antifungal constituents derived from Astragalus membranaceus endophytic fungus AR07 was isolated. The fermentation metabolite of endophytie fungus AR07 were isolated and purified with column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and bioassay-guided method. They were identified by the spectral analysis. Results indicate that seven leather mildew antagonism compounds are obtained including ergosterol( 1 ) , ergosterol peroxide (2) , allantoin (3) , fumiquinazoline A (4) , fumiquinazoline C ( 5), monomethylsuloehrin (6) and trypacidin (7). Among them ( 1 ) and (2) are ster-oid, ( 3), (4) and (5) are alkaloids, (6) and (7) are quinines compound. It shows that the leather anti-mould function of Astragalus membranaceus endophytic fungus AR07 is the cooperation of multiple natural metabolites.
