摘要 探讨运动鞋侧设计对下落时踝关节旋转角度和冲击力的影响,并分析这些作用对踝关节旋后外旋型损伤的影响。选择高硬、高软、低硬和低软鞋侧4种运动鞋作为研究对象,通过运动捕捉系统和红外线摄像头的监测证明,高硬鞋侧可以有效减少踝关节的翻转角度,与低硬、低软鞋侧组相比,差异显著(P<0.05);通过冲击力分析表明,高硬鞋侧可以有效减少踝关节受到的冲击力,与低硬、低软鞋侧组相比,差异显著(P<0.05),证明高硬鞋侧可以减少踝关节旋后外旋型损伤。在主观评价调查中,也证明高硬鞋侧具有功能性强的优点。 The effect of sneaker shoe side design on rotation angle and impact force of ankle when landing was discussed. The impact of these effects on the supination-eversion ankle-joint injury were analyzed. Using four kinds of sneaker as research objects including high hardness, high soft, low hardness and low soft side shoes, through monitoring the motion capture system and infrared camera, the results show that the high hardness side sneaker can reduce the flip angle of ankle joint effectively. There is significant difference(P〈O.05) between the flip angles of low side group and that of the high side group. The impact force analysis shows that the high hardness side sneaker can reduce the ankle impact force effectively, compared with low side sneaker, the difference is significant (P〈0.05).It proves that high hardness side shoes can reduce supination-eversion ankle-joint injury. The highly functional advantages of high hardness side sneakers are also proved in subjective comfort evaluation.
