海外房地产投资是中国近年来对外投资的重点之一。分析中国海外房地产投资规模、地域分布及资产类别;对海外房地产投资者进行划分,讨论海外房地产投资模式和发展趋势;针对海外房地产投资的风险提出相应的对策与建议。
Overseas real estate investment is one of the important forces of China＇s foreign investment in recent years First, the paper analyzes the scale, investment areas and asset classes of China＇s real estate overseas investment. Then, divides the overseas real estate investors, and discusses the investment modes and development trends.Finally, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for overseas real estate investment risk avoidance.
