上皮样肉瘤两例临床和病理分析

Clinical and pathological features of 2 cases of epithelioid sarcoma

目的 探讨上皮样肉瘤的临床特点和病理诊断,以提高病理医师对该病的认识.方法 应用光镜和免疫组化技术对2例上皮样肿瘤进行组织学检查,并回顾分析相关文献报道.结果 光镜显示：肿瘤细胞呈上皮样或梭形,胞浆呈强嗜酸性,结节状排列,浸润性生长.免疫组化显示：2例角蛋白（CK）、上皮膜抗原（EMA）和波形蛋白均呈阳性.结论 上皮样肉瘤是一种少见的恶性肿瘤,病理形态复杂多样,需借助免疫组化明确诊断.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and pathological features of epithelioid sarcoma,in order to improve the awareness of the disease.Methods Two cases of epithelioid sarcoma were studied by histopathological observation and immunohistochemical staining.Results Histopathologicalobservation showed that the tumor consisted of epithelioid cells and spindle cells, which showed an infiltrative growth pattern with nodular arrangement.Immunohistochemical results showed that the tumor cells were positive for CK, EMA and vimentin.Conclusions The epithelioid sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor, which has significant morphological features and immunohistochemistry, and can be helpful in making definite pathological diagnosis.
