特种设备应急管理平台检验系统预警功能初探

为强化政府安全监管能力和应急处理能力,本文通过突发事件应急管理学原理,结合上海市特种设备检验管理现状,提出对本市特种设备检验管理信息系统进行二次开发,形成具有数据、研判、预警等环节的特种设备检验系统的建议。

In order to strengthen the government capacity for safety supervision and emergency management, this paper puts forward the idea of secondary development of the special equipment inspection management information system in Shanghai through the principle of emergency management theory, and taking the consideration of the current situation of special equipment inspection and management in Shanghai. The paper suggests creating a special equipment inspection system with data, judgement, and early warning.
