京津冀航空枢纽国际竞争力研究

Study on the Aviation Hub International Competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area

航空枢纽国际竞争力的提升是京津冀建设世界级机场群的必然要求。本文在分析航空枢纽内涵与基本特征基础上,提出航空枢纽国际竞争力内涵与影响因素,构建航空枢纽国际竞争力评价指标体系,从转变航空枢纽建设观念与思路、增强机场基础服务服务平台功能、提升航空公司国际竞争能力、改善空域环境提升地面运行效率、加强不同交通运输方式间的互通互联、改善政策环境等方面给出提升京津冀航空枢纽国际竞争力建议。

The promotion of international competitiveness of aviation hub is the inevitable requirement of building a world-class airport group in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei area. In this paper the connotation and basic characteristics of aviation hub are analyzed, and influencing factors of international competitiveness of aviation hub are put forward. Suggestions on upgrading the international competitiveness of Beijing Tianjin Hebei aviation hub are given from six aspects. These are changing the concept of the hub construction, enhancing the function of the airport based service platform, enhancing the international competitiveness of airlines, improving airspace environment, strengthening interoperability between different modes of transport, improving the policy environment.
