老年人群公共交通自助服务通用性设计研究

The Universal Design of the Self-service Public Transportation for the Elderly

人口老龄化在全球范围内呈现出逐年增长的趋势,不少国家开始出台相应政策来应对这种现象。在我国,人口老龄化的现象也日益凸显,据权威部门预计,到2040年,我国的老年人口将达到3.8亿之多。随着人口老龄化的速度加快,一些新的问题开始出现,尤其体现在出行方面。本文立足于老年人公共交通自助服务设计研究,通过了解老年人的行为语意和心理状态,分析出老年人公共交通自助服务设计的需求点,得出公共自助设计新路径,为以后研究提供理论依据。

The population aging shows an increasing trend year by year all over the world, many countries begin to issue corresponding policies to deal with this phenomenon. The phenomenon of population aging is becoming increasingly prominent in our country. According to the estimate of authoritative department, China＇s elderly population will reach 380 million by 2040. With the accelerated pace of population aging, some new problems begin to emerge, especially embodied in travel. Based on the study of self-service public transportation design for the elderly, by understanding the behavioral semantics and psychological state of the elderly, this paper analyzes the demand points of self-service public transportation design for the elderly, concludes the new path of public selfservice design and provides a theoretical basis for future research.
