短程地塞米松乳膏联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Short-term Dexamethasone Cream Combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in the Treatment of Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis

目的:探讨面部脂溢性皮炎患者实施短程地塞米松乳膏、他克莫司软膏联合疗法的效果。方法:从赤壁市人民医院收治的面部脂溢性皮炎患者中抽选60例,按照治疗意愿分成两组:他克莫司软膏治疗对照组,共30例;短程地塞米松乳膏、他克莫司软膏联合治疗观察组,共30例,统计临床治疗后的效果。结果:观察组疾病缓解28例,占比93.3%;对照组疾病缓解21例,占比70.0%,两组缓解率统计有区别,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床给予面部脂溢性皮炎患者短程地塞美松软膏与他克莫司软膏联合疗法作用突出,可改善病症,预防不良反应及增强疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of combination therapy with short-term dexamethasone cream and tacrolimus ointment in patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods Sixty patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were divided into two groups according to the intention of treatment： 30 patients with tacrolimus ointment control group; 30 cases of short-term dexamethasone cream and tacrolimus ointment treatment group. Observe the effect after treatment. Results The experimental group of 28 cases of disease remission, accounting for 93.3 %; control group of disease remission in 21 cases, accounting for 70 %, two groups of statistical difference, P〈0.05; Conclusion Clinical treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis patients using shortrange dexamethasone ointment and tacrolimus ointment combination therapy prominent can improve the disease, prevent adverse reactions, enhance the efficacy, and worth learning from.
