摘要
目的建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法快速测定皮冻中总铬含量的方法。方法样品采用微波消解,智能样品处理器直接赶酸。以磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定皮冻中总铬的含量。结果铬浓度在0~20 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9 987。检出限为0.12 ng/ml,RSD为2.98%~4.96%,加标回收率为90.5%~100.3%。结论微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法操作简便、快速、安全、灵敏度和准确度高,适用于皮冻中总铬含量的测定。
Objective To establish a rapid method for determining the levels of total chromium in skin jelly by microwave diges- tion- graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The sample was digested by microwave digestion and was drived acid directly on intelligent sample processor. Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as modifier, and the total chromi- um content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in skin jelly. Results The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 20 ng/ml with the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9 987. The detection limit of the method was 0. 12 ng/ml, RSD was among 2. 98% -4. 96% , the sample standard addition recovery was among 90. 5% - 100. 3%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, safe, sensitive and precise for the determination of total chromium in skin jelly.
