摘要 针对某工程大跨度钢梁因漏算屋面荷载导致其承载力不足、挠度过大,对其进行了重新计算、加固。根据现场检测及初步计算结果,提出卸载加固、预应力加固及组合梁加固三种方法。综合考虑加固工程的可行性、工期、经济性等因素,最终选取组合梁加固的方法,并根据计算结果对组合梁、钢梁节点进行了加固设计,提出了具体的施工步骤。 For a certain long -span steel beam and to its lack of capacity and large deflection due to the omission of calculating the roof load, this paper carries out the recalculation and reinforcement. According to the results of site test and preliminary calculation, this paper proposes three methods: unloading reinforcement, prestressed reinforcement and composite beam strengthening, and considering feasibility, construction period , economic and other factors , the last one is selected. The paper also conducts reinforcement design on composite beams and steel beam joints and proposes the concrete construction steps.
