示指背神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复拇指远端缺损 被引量:9

摘要 的 探讨示指背神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复拇指远端组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 2012年8月-2014年12月应用示指背神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损11例,皮肤缺损面积为2.0 cm×2.5 cm^3.0 cm×4.7 cm,供区选择游离植皮修复.结果 10例皮瓣血运良好,伤口Ⅰ期愈合,1例术后皮瓣远端静脉回流障碍,经部分拆线、换药,伤口延期愈合.所有患者均获得随访,随访时间3~12个月,皮瓣外形饱满,颜色及质地接近正常,感觉恢复良好,功能满意.结论 应用示指背神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复拇指掌背侧皮肤缺损,无需二次手术,皮瓣外观、质地良好,感觉恢复理想,疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the application of neurovascular pedicle island flap of index finger for repairing the skin and soft tissue defects in the thumb. Methods From August 2012 to December 2014, 11 patients with soft tissue defects of the thumb underwent the neurovascular pedicle island flap of index finger in our department, the size of the flap ranged from 2.0 cm×2.5 cm to 3.0 cm×4.7 cm, the donor recovered with skin grafting Results The patients were followed-up for 3~12 months. 10 cases survived with primary healing, vascular crisis occurred in 1 case after operation, and delayed healing with timely taking out stitches and dressing. The appearance and function of the thumb was satisfactory. The flap was not bulky, but with near normal color and texture. Conclusion Neurovascular pedicle island flap of index finger is an optimal flap for covering defects of the thumb without secondary operation. The flap has good appearance, texture and function.
