足踝部皮肤软组织缺损应用VSD联合腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复的临床疗效 被引量:8

摘要 的 探讨封闭式负压引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)联合腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 2012年1月-2015年3月,将76例足踝部皮肤软组织缺损患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各38例.对照组,采用传统换药与腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复;观察组,采用VSD联合腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复.统计两组患者术前换药次数及等待时间,并记录两组患者创面完全愈合时间及总治疗费用.结果 观察组术前换药次数及等待时间均明显少(短)于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组患者创面完全愈合时间(22.3±5.1)d,明显短于对照组(30.1±6.4)d,P〈0.05;观察组治疗总费用与对照组比较,P〉0.05.结论 VSD联合腓动脉穿支皮瓣治疗足踝部皮肤软组织缺损促进创面愈合有利于患者康复,且不会增加患者总治疗费用,值得推广应用. Objective To explore clinical efficacy of using closed suction drainage technology (VSD) combined with peroneal artery perforator flap to treat foot and ankle soft tissue defects. Methods From January 2012 to March 2015, 76 cases with foot and ankle soft tissue defects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases in each. The control group using traditional dressing and peroneal artery perforator flap treatment. Observation group using VSD combined with peroneal artery perforator flap treatment. Statistics the number of dressing changes and waiting time of two groups before operation, and the wound healing completely recorded time and total cost of treatment were recorded. Results Dressing times before operation and waiting times in observation group were significantly less (shorter) than the control group, P〈0.05; wound healing time was (22.3±5.1) d in observation group, was significantly shorter than the control group (30.1 ±6.4) d, P〈0.05. Compared the total cost between the observation group and control group, P〉0.05. Conclusion It can promote the rehabilitation of patients, that using peroneal artery perforator flap and VSD to treat skin and soft tissue defects of foot and ankle. And without increasing the total cost, it worthy to be applied.
