中华芦荟的组织培养及快速繁殖

The tissue culture and fast breed of Aloe vera L.var.chinensis(Haw.)Berg

选用中华芦荟的茎尖、茎段为外植体进行组织培养的研究 ,结果表明 ,适用于不定芽诱导及增殖的培养基为 :MS + 6 BA 3mg·L- 1+IBA 0 .5mg·L- 1;生根的培养基是 :MS+NAA 0 .5mg·L- 1 研究还表明 ,在不定芽的扩繁及生根培养中 ,用绵白糖代替蔗糖 ,自来水代替蒸馏水是完全可行的 ,这样可以把每株试管苗的培养基的成本降低 5

Tissue culture of Aloe vera L. var.chinensis (Haw.)Berg was conducted and suitable culture media were screened using canline tip and canline ad the explants.The results showed that the culture medium,MS+6-BA 3mg·L -1 +IBA 0.5mg·L -1 was optimum for induction of induction buds and their reproduction and MS+NAA 0.5mg·L -1 for rooting.It was very viable that saccharose was replaced by soft sugar and distilled water by tap water in the culture medium which would decrease 57% cost of culture medium at every cuvette seeding.
