摘要
目的探讨KSR-CDIO教学模式在老年科护理实习生教学中的应用及效果。方法选取210名老年科护理实习生为对照组,采用传统教学模式;选取210名老年科护理实习生为研究组,采用KSR-CDIO模式教学,包括组建教学师资、制订教学计划、目标、内容及实施教学方案,教学结束后,比较两组护理实习生理论、操作考核成绩及对教学效果满意度评价。结果研究组的理论知识、操作考核成绩及对教学效果满意度评价均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在老年科护理教学中引入KSR-CDIO教学模式,能提高教学效果,改善教学质量,是一种值得推广的老年科护理教学新模式。
Objective To explore the effect of KSR - CDIO education mode used in nursing interns in department of geriatric. Methods A total of 210 nursing interns in the department of geriatric were selected,who were educated with the KSR - CDIO teaching model,including establishing teaching staff, developing teaching program,teaching aim, content,and implementing teaching plan. Another 210 nursing interns as the control group were educated with tradi- tional methods. After the end of study,the theoretical knowledge and practical skills were measured and the satisfaction of teaching were evaluated. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,the practical skills,and satisfaction of teaching in the research group were higher than those of the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The KSR - CDIO teaching mode can increase teaching effect,improve the teaching quality ,which is worth to be popularized in geriatric department,
