Fusion·Motivation:Rethinking about the Definition of Archi-Neering Design

通过展开Archi-Neering Design理念溯源与概念解析,提出了将"建筑工学设计"作为Archi-Neering Design更为全面的中文译义;对建筑工学理念的两种特征:角色多元化与边界模糊性进行了讨论,总结出三种建筑工学设计理念的呈现形式并以案例进行实证。指出建筑工学设计并非某种被定义的设计方法,而是建筑创作方法论层面的再思考,建筑学与工程学的融合可对当代建筑创新发展起重要推动作用。

Through tracing the theoretical origin of Archi-Neering Design （AND） and analyzing the concepts of AND, the author puts forward a more comprehensive Chinese description for Archi-Neering Design. Then the paper defines two features of AND, which are multi-roles and boundary-vague. Three kinds of presentational forms are concluded and several cases are employed to confirm the aforementioned AND emerging forms. The author aims to point out AND is not only a defined method, but some rethinking about architecture design methodology. The fusion of architecture and engineering could be a driven force to the development of contemporary architectural innovation.
