本文证明了：当D为奇素数时，Pell方程X2－6y2＝1和y2－Dz2＝4仅有正整数解（D＝11）（X，y，z）＝（49．20，6）。

In this paper the simultaneous equation (1 )is considered. we completely solve the equations(1)where D is an odd prine.The only pesitive integer solution of equations(1) is given byD=11.x=49. y=20, z=6.
