黄芪是传统补益类中药，具有广泛的药理学作用。在查阅大量文献基础上，综述了黄芪补益与增强机体免疫力的关系，并探讨了黄芪及其有效成分发挥抗肿瘤免疫功能的可能机制及其抗肿瘤临床应用情况。

Astragalus,the traditional Chinese herbal tonics, has wide pharmacological effects. Here we reviewed the relationship between the Astragalus tonic and the enhancement of the immunity, and we disscused the possible mechanism of Astragalus, its effective components in anti-tumor immune function, and its clinical application on antitumor treatment.
