社区老年糖尿病患者自我效能调查分析

The investigation and analysis on the self-efficacy of the elderly diabetes patients in the community

目的 调查长春市社区老年糖尿病患者自我效能现状及影响因素.方法 采用糖尿病自我效能量表对长春市社区364例老年糖尿病患者进行问卷调查.结果 糖尿病患者自我效能总分（81.39±17.75）分,5个因子得分依次为：饮食自我效能（19.12±5.12）分、运动自我效能（12.37±3.09）分、药物自我效能（10.28±3.73）分、血糖监测自我效能（11.73±4.35）分、足部护理与高低血糖的预防及处理自我效能（27.90±9.01）分.影响自我效能的因素有经济来源、退休前职业、住院次数、医疗费来源.

Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the self-efficacy of the elderly diabetes patients in the community.Methods A total of 364 elderly patients with diabetes were questioned by the diabetes self-efficacy scale.Results The total score of the self-efficacy for diabetes patients were（81.39±17.75） points,the scores of the five factors were：dietary self-efficacy（19.12±5.12） points,exercise self-efficacy （12.37±3.09） points,drug self-efficacy （10.28±3.73） points,the self-efficacy of blood glucose monitoring（11.73±4.35） points,the self-efficacy of the prevention and treatment of foot care and high and low blood glucose（27.90±9.01） points.The factors to influence the self-efficacy was economic sources,occupations before retirement,times of hospitalization and medical fee sources.Conclusion The level of the self-efficacy of the elderly diabetes patients in the community of Changchun city is at the medium level and needs to be further improved,and the self-efficacy of blood glucose monitoring is worse.Therefore,the nursing staff in the community should carry out the health education about diabetes actively,help the patients to improve their self-efficacy on the basis of learning the self-management knowledge and skill.
