摘要
目的 探讨延伸护理模式在PICC健康教育中的应用效果.方法 选取符合纳入标准的120例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按置管先后进行编号,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,各 60 例.观察组采用延伸护理模式,对照组采用传统的PICC健康教育模式;观察比较两组患者PICC相关知识掌握情况、置管后对患者生活的影响、PICC并发症的发生率.结果 观察组PICC相关知识掌握情况优于对照组(P〈0.01),置管后对患者活动的影响小于对照组(P〈0.01),而PICC并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P〈0.01).结论 采用延伸护理模式进行PICC健康教育,可以提高患者的自主性,减少并发症的发生率,促进患者康复,提高患者满意度.
Objective To explore the application effect of extensive nursing model in the PICC health education.Methods A total of 120 cases of qualified patients with breast cancer were selected as the research objects.All the patients were numbered according to the tubing time,patients with odd number were taken as the observation group,while patients with even number were taken as the control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the extensive nursing mode, while the control group were given the traditional PICC health education.The related knowledge of PICC,the quality of life of patients after the insertion of catheter and the incidence of complications of PICC of the two groups were compared.Results The related knowledge of PICC of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P〈0.01).The influence for patients after cathetering of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P〈0.01),and the incidence of complications of PICC was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The implementation of extensive nursing mode to PICC health education can improve the autonomy of patients and reduce the complications,promote patients' recover,and improve the patients' satisfaction.
