浅谈如何提高护理健康教育效果

How to improve the effectiveness of health care education

目的 了解护士护理健康教育的现状,找出存在问题,分析原因并提出相应的对策和建议,提高护理人员的健康教育能力,以满足患者对健康知识的需求.方法 从调查影响住院患者护理健康教育效果的因素及住院患者健康教育知晓率与满意度入手,分析影响住院患者健康教育效果的因素并提出有效措施,探索提高临床护理健康教育效果的方法.结果 护士普遍认为影响住院患者健康教育效果的因素为人力资源配备不足,缺乏健康教育相关知识与技能,缺乏教育效果评价指标及完善的监督监管机制三方面;患者知晓率低与满意度低的项目是清楚所患疾病的防治要点.满意度调查不达标的有3项：主要用药的作用及注意要点、所患疾病的防治要点、自我病情观察、护理与功能锻炼的方法.结论 管理层高度重视健康宣教,优化护理人才资源,逐渐充实护士队伍,加强对护士的继续教育,更新知识结构,让护理人员掌握健康教育的方法与技巧,针对影响住院患者健康教育效果的因素采取有效的措施,不仅可以提高护士健康教育的能力与患者健康教育的效果,而且可以使治疗和护理收到事半功倍的效果.

Objective To understand the status quo of health education of nurse,fix the existing problems,analyze the causes and put out the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of health education of nurses to meet patients＆#39; demands for health knowledge.Methods Factors affecting the effectiveness of health education of inpatients was analyzed and effective measures were proposed on the basis of the investigation of factors affecting the effectiveness of health education of inpatients and the awareness and satisfaction of health education of inpatients to explore the methods to improve the effectiveness of health education of the clinical nursing.Results Nurses generally considered that the factors affecting the effectiveness of health education of hospitalized patients was the lack of allocation of human resources,the lack of related health education knowledge and skills and the lack of evaluation indictors for education results and the improved supervision mechanism.Low awareness and low satisfaction were considered as the key points for the prevention and treatment of the disease.There were three unqualified items regarding to the satisfaction-based survey： the role and attention of the main medicine,key points for the prevention and treatment of disease,self-observation for the disease-related condition,methods of nursing and functional exercise.Conclusion Management staffs should attach great importance to the publication of health education, optimize resources of nursing personnel,enrich the nursing team gradually,strengthen the continuing education for nurses,update their knowledge structure to master the methods and techniques of health education.Effective measures should be carried out based on the factors affecting the health education of hospitalized patients,which can not only improve the ability of health education of nurses and the effect of patients＇ health education,but also make effect of treatment and care doubled with half effort.
