玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿反复性呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床疗效

Clinical effect of yupingfeng granules combined with montelukast sodium in treating children with cough after recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿反复性呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取柳城县妇幼保健院儿科2013—2015年收治的反复性呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿200例,随机分为A、B、C、D组,各50例。A组患儿给予相关抗生素治疗,B组患儿在A组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,C组患儿在A组基础上给予玉屏风颗粒治疗,D组患儿给予玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,4组患儿均持续治疗3个月。比较4组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后CD_8^+细胞分数、CD_4^+细胞分数、CD_4^+/CD_8^+细胞比值、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)。结果D组患儿临床疗效优于A、B、C组(P<0.05),A、B、C组患儿临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,4组患儿CD_8^+细胞分数、CD_4^+细胞分数、CD_4^+/CD_8^+细胞比值及IgG、IgA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,D组患儿CD_8^+细胞分数低于A、B、C组,CD_4^+细胞分数、CD_4^+/CD_8^+细胞比值及IgG、IgA高于A、B、C组(P<0.05)。结论采用玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿反复性呼吸道感染后咳嗽临床疗效确切,有助于改善患儿的咳嗽症状,提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of yupingfeng granules combined with montelukast sodium in treating children with cough after recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 200 cases of children with cough after recurrent respiratory tract infection were selected from 2013 to 2015 in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Liucheng County,which were radomly divided into A,B,C,D group,50 cases in each group. A group was given related antibiotics,B group was treated with montelukast sodium based on A group,C group was treated with yupingfeng granules based on A group,D group was treated with yupingfeng granules combined with montelukast sodium,all groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical effect and the CD8^＋cell fraction,CD4^＋cell fraction,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cell ratio,IgG,IgA before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results D group of clinical effect was better than A,B,C group（ P 〈0. 05）,no statistically significant difference of clinical effect was found among A,B,C group（ P 〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of CD8^＋cell fraction,CD4^＋cell fraction,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cell ratio,IgG,IgA was found among A,B,C,D group（ P 〈0. 05）; after treatment,the D group of CD8^＋cell fraction was lower than A,B,C group,CD4^＋cell fraction,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cell ratio,IgG,IgA were higher than A,B,C group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yupingfeng granules combined with montelukast sodium have an exactly clincial effect in treating children with cough after recurrent respiratory tract infection,it is help to improve the symptoms of cough,and improve the organism immunity.
