延续性护理对慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性和自我护理效果及心理状态的影响

Impact of continuous nursing on compliances,self-care ability and psychological state of chronic hepatitis B patients

目的探讨延续性护理对慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性和自我护理效果及心理状态的影响。方法回顾性分析攀枝花市第四人民医院2014年2月—2016年1月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者176例,根据是否接受延续性护理分为对照组和延续组,各88例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,延续组患者给予延续性护理干预,两组患者均至少干预6个月。评估比较两组患者的治疗依从性、自我护理效能评分及症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分。结果延续组患者治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者自我护理效能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,延续组患者自我护理效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。延续组患者SCL-90各维度评分及总分低于对照组,阳性项数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可提高慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性及自我护理效能,改善心理状态。

Objective To discuss the impact of continuous nursing on compliances, self - care ability and psycilological state of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods A total of 176 cases patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected from February 2014 to January 2016 in People＇s Hospital of Panzhihua City, which were divided into control group and continuation group according to continuous nursing accepted or not, 88 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional nursing, continuation group was given continuous nursing, both groups were treated for 6 months at least. The treatment compliances, self - care.ability and SCL --.90 scores were compared between the two groups. Results The compliances of continuation group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Before intervention, no statistically significant difference of selfcare ability scores was found between the two groups （ P 〉 O. 05 ） ; after intervention, the continuation group of self - care ability scores was higher than control group （P 〈 O. 05）. The SCL -90 in each dimension scores and total scores were lower than control group, positive number was less than control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion . Continuous nursing can promote the compliances of chronic hepatitis B patients, and improve the self- care ability and psychological state.
