心理康复结合健康教育对老年高血压患者血压控制和自护能力的影响

Influence of psychological rehabilitation combined with health education in blood pressure control and self-care ability of hypertension patients

目的探讨心理康复结合健康教育对老年高血压患者血压控制和自护能力的影响。方法选取海市松江区小昆山镇社区卫生服务中心2015年1—8月收治的高血压患者122例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者给予心理康复结合健康教育,两组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者干预前后血压达标情况及自我护理能力。结果干预前,两组患者血压达标率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者血压达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平评分及自我护理能力总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理康复结合健康教育干预可有效控制高血压患者的血压情况,提高自我护理能力,维持血压稳定。

Objective To discuss the influence of psychological rehabilitation combined with health education in blood pressure control and self-care ability of hypertension patients. Methods A total of 122 cases of patients with hypertension were chosen from January to August of 2015 in Xiaokunshan Town Community Health Service Center of Songjiang District in Shanghai,which were randomly divided into control group（ n = 62） and observation group（ n = 62）. The control group was given conventional nursing, observation group was given psychological rehabilitation combined with health education, both groups were treated for 3 months. The compliance of blood pressure before and after intervention and the self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention,no statistically significant difference of control rate of blood pressure was found between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）; after intervention,the control rate of blood pressure of observation group was higher than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The observation group of self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge levels scores and total scores of self-care ability were higher than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological rehabilitation combined with health education can effectively control the blood pressure of hypertension patients,and promote the self-care ability,control the blood pressure stable.
