针对性护理干预及康复指导在胫骨粉碎性骨折中的应用效果

Application effect of purposeful nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of comminuted tibial fracture

目的探讨针对性护理干预及康复指导在胫骨粉碎性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取茂县中医医院2015年8月—2016年8月收治的胫骨粉碎性骨折患者66例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例。患者入院后均给予钢板内固定术治疗,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用针对性护理干预。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、护理满意度及术后不良反应情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效及护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预及康复指导在胫骨粉碎性骨折患者中应该效果较好,可有效提高护理满意度,减少不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect of purposeful nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of comminuted tibial fracture. Methods A total of 66 cases of comminuted tibial fracture patients were selected from August 2015 to August 2016 in Maoxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group. Patients were treated with internal fixation with steel plate, control group was given rountine nursing, observation group was given purposeful nursing intervention on the basis of control group. The clincial effect, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of clincial effect and nursing satisfaction were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Purposeful nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance have a better application effect in the treatment of comminuted tibial fracture, it can effectively promote the nursing satisfaction and reduce the the incidence of adverse reactions.
