炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility

目的观察炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴不孕症的临床效果。方法将PCOS伴不孕症患者50例随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,比较2组治疗前后孕酮水平及临床疗效。结果治疗前2组孕酮水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者黄体中期孕酮水平均显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合克罗米芬治疗PCOS伴不孕症临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） with infertility.Methods 50 patients with PCOS with infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 25 cases.Control group was given with clomiphene.On the basis of control group treatment,observation group was given ethinyl estradiol cyproterone.Compared the progesterone levels and clinical efficacy before and after treatment of two groups.Results There was no significant difference in progesterone level between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the levels of progesterone in the middle stage of the corpus luteum were significantly increased（P〈0.05）,and observation group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was 96.0% higher than that of control group（80.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with clomiphene treatment of PCOS with infertility is remarkable,worthy of clinical application.
