凉血解毒法治疗寻常型银屑病疗效的Meta分析

Therapeutic effect of cooling blood and detoxification method on common psoriasis vulgaris-a Meta analysis

目的系统评价凉血解毒法治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(1956-2016)、VIP全文数据库(1989-2016)、万方数据库(1990-2016)和Pub Med、EMBASE、Medline,收集所有关于凉血解毒法治疗寻常型银屑病的随机对照实验,由2名评价员共同评价纳入研究的质量,并用Rev Man5.3进行Meta分析。结果纳入9篇随机对照实验。Meta分析结果显示:凉血解毒法治疗寻常型银屑病的有效率与其他方法治疗寻常型屑病的有效率有明显差异[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.13,1.28)]。结论凉血解毒法治疗寻常型银屑病优于其他方法治疗寻常型银屑病,但由于纳入研究的方法学质量较低,故尚不能据此证实凉血解毒法治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效优于其他方法,仍需要进行严格的多中心、大样本的随机双盲对照试验,以提供高质量的临床证据。

Objective To evaluate systemically the clinical efficacy of cooling blood and detoxification method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Through searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ 1956-2016）,VIP（ 1989-2016）,WANFANG DATA（ 1990-2016）,Pub Med,EMBASE and Medline,all randomized controlled trials about using cooling blood and detoxification method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris were collected, and the quality of studies were evaluated by two researchers by Rev Man5. 3. Results A total of 9 randomized controlled trials were included. Meta analysis showed the clinical effectiveness of cooling blood and detoxification method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris was obviously different from other methods [RR = 1. 20,95% CI（ 1. 13,1. 28） ]. Conclusion Cooling blood and detoxification method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is better than other methods for psoriasis vulgaris. However,because of the low quality of included studies in methodology,it is difficult to prove that the clinical effect of cooling blood and detoxification method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is better than other methods. Multicentered of randomized double-blind controlled trials with large samples are still needed to provide high quality clinical evidence.
