“一带一路”与南亚地区国际合作前瞻

International Cooperation: The "Belt and Road" Initiative and South Asia

在推进"一带一路"建设的国际合作大框架中,南亚拥有牵连东西、带动南北、沟通海陆的区位优势,具有其他地区难以企及的重要地位。由于印度的疑虑,"一带一路"建设在南亚地区的进展参差不齐,但总体上居于沿线各地区的前列。在"一带一路"建设中,中国与南亚的国际合作具有基础相当深厚、需求高度契合、架构"线多面广"、形式丰富多样等特点。作为"一带一路"的旗舰项目,中巴经济走廊的建设在相关国际合作中起着至关重要的引导、示范、支点、促进和辐射作用。随着"一带一路"建设的推进,中国与南亚在国际合作中既有成功经验,也经历着各种挑战,值得加以总结并从中获取有益的启示。

In terms of the framework of promoting international cooperation through the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative, South Asia has the advantage of involving the east and west, guiding the north and south, and connecting the land and sea, which is not seen in other regions. As a result of India＇s doubts, progress of the initiative has been uneven in South Asia, though it is generally better than most other regions engaged in the initiative. Regarding the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative, China and South Asia have very deep foundation for international cooperation, with highly complementary demand and many cooperation areas and forms. As the flagship project of the initiative, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor plays a guiding, demonstration, fulcrum, promotion and influence role in the relevant international cooperation. With the advance of this initiative, China and South Asia have had both successful experience and challenges in international cooperation, which deserves to be reviewed for gaining an insight.
