终端通信公共接入平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Common Access Platform of Terminal Communication Access Network

随着十三五建设的蓬勃开展,电力体制改革的不断深入,终端通信接入网建设规模不断加大,而目前国家电网公司运检、营销等业务部门分别按照业务需求建设自用网络,导致分散建设,资源利用率低。分析终端通信接入网现状及十三五期间面临的各项需求,提出终端通信接入网公共接入平台的建设方案,并针对新建光纤接入网的典型场景做经济分析,分析结果表明利用公共接入平台进行资源统筹能有效降低建设成本。

With the development of the thirteenth five year plan and the deepening of electric power system reform, terminal communication access network construction keeps growing. However, operation and maintenance department and marketing department of State Grid bulit their own network according to their respective business requirements, which causes decentralized construction and low resource utilization. Present situation of the terminal communication access network and various requirements during the thirteenth five year plan are analyzed, construction scheme for common access platform of terminal communication access network is presented, and economic analysis on the typical scenes of the new fiber access network is given. Analysis result shows that construction cost can be effectively reduced by using the common access platform to co-ordinate resources.
