肺癌及结核病患者血清中NSE、CYFRA21-1病理表达的研究

Study about pathological expression of NSE,CYFRA21-1 among patients with lung cancer and tuberculosis

目的探讨肺癌患者血清NSE、CYFRA21-1和CEA的病理表达。方法选取2014年—2016年乌鲁木齐市自治区胸科医院门诊及住院的103例肺癌患者、47例结核病患者和50例健康体检者。根据肺癌患者的病情及状况将其分为肺鳞癌组、肺腺癌组、未定型组、小细胞肺癌组。肺鳞癌组中有33例患者,肺腺癌组中有12例患者,未定型组中有31例患者,小细胞肺癌组中有27例患者。利用化学发光血清学检测NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA水平。结果检测发现,肺癌组患者CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA的阳性率明显高于正常组和结核性疾病组。小细胞肺癌组患者NSE的表达水平最高,肺腺癌组患者CYFRA21-1的表达水平最高。结论血清NSE、CYFRA21-1在不同类型的肺癌中表达水平不同,有利于评估患者肺癌的类型,并能有效区分肺癌人群和结核病人群。为临床早期的肺癌分型、治疗提供指导。

Objective To explore the pathological expression of serum NSE and CEA, CYFRA21-1 among patients with lung cancer. Methods 103 patients with lung cancer, 47 TB patients and 50 healthy check-up patients who went to chest hospital of Urumqi from 2014 to 2016 were selected. According to the conditions of patients with lung cancer, they were divided into lung squamous carcinoma group, lung ad group, no fixed type group, small cell lung cancer group. There were 33 cases in lung squamous carcinoma group, 12 cases in lung adenocarcinoma group, 31 cases in no fixed type group and 27 cases in small cell lung cancer group. NSE, CYFRA21-1, CEA levels were detected through chemiluminescence serological detection. Results The results found that positive rate of CYFRA21-1, NSE and CEA in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in normal group and group with tuberculous disease. Patients with small cell lung cancer had the highest expression level of NSE. CYFRA21-1 level was the highest in patients with lung edenecareinoma. Conclusion the serum NSE, CYFRA21-1 levels are different in different types of lung cancer, which is helpful to assess the type of lung cancer, and can effectively distinguish different lung cancer and tuberculosis. It can provide the guidance for clinical classification and treatment to early lung cancer.
