米索前列醇联合缩宫素对产后出血防治的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Misoprostol Combine with Oxytocin on Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的对米索前列醇联合缩宫素应用在产后出血防治中的临床效果进行分析。方法以2015年8月-2016年8月乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院收治的74例产妇作为研究对象,根据随机原则将74例产妇分成2组,37例/组。对照组给予产妇缩宫素,在此基础上观察组给予产妇米索前列醇。将2组产妇用药前后的血压(收缩压、舒张压)、脉搏以及产后不同时间的出血量、不良发应发生情况、产后出血情况进行科学对比。结果与对照组数据相比,观察组产妇用药后的收缩压(119.76±12.67)mmHg、舒张压(62.53±8.46)mmHg、脉搏(84.15±8.64)min及产后2 h的出血量(148.24±16.25)mL、产后24 h的出血量(179.24±16.34)mL、产后出血率(5.41%)均更具优势(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率差别不明显(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合缩宫素防治产后出血安全有效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of misoprostol combine with oxytocin in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 74 cases of maternal in our hospital as the research object（treatment time was August 2015 to August 2016）, according to the principle of random were divided into 2 groups of pregnant women, each group was 37 cases. The control group was given oxytocin, on the basis of the observation group was given misoprostol. The blood pressure （systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure） before and after the two groups of maternal medication, pulse and postpartum bleeding at different times, the incidence of adverse hail：, postpartum hemorrhage were scientific compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group after treatment（l19.76 ± 12.67 mmHg） systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure（62.53 ± 8.46 mmHg）, pulse（84.15 ± 8.64/min）, the amount of bleeding and postpartum 2 hours （148.24±16.25 mL）, postpartum hemorrhage 24 hours （179.24 ± 16.34 mL） and Postpartum hemorrhage （5.41% ） had more advantages （P〈0.05） ; There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Misoprestol combine with oxytecin is a safe and effective method in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
