血清胱抑素C检测在系统性红斑狼疮肾损害早期诊断的价值

Value of Cystatin C in the Early Diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Renal Damage

目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)在系统性红斑狼疮肾损害早期诊断中的应用价值。方法采用免疫比浊法对2015年1月-2016年11月在巴州人民医院就诊的50例系统性红斑狼疮患者和50例正常对照组血清中CysC含量进行检测,并比较CysC、UREA、CREA、UAC、NAG、UALB水平变化。结果 50例系统性红斑狼疮患者中,13例尿蛋白阳性患者CysC、UREA、CREA、UAC、NAG、UALB水平明显高于37例尿蛋白阴性患者与对照组健康体检者(P<0.05),同时系统性红斑狼疮患者CysC水平明显高于对照组健康体检者(P<0.05)。结论 CysC检测简单、敏感性高,在系统性红斑狼疮肾损害患者早期疾病诊断中具有较高的价值,可以为患者的早期治疗以及预后评估提供依据。

Objective To investigate the value of Cystatin C in the early diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus renal damage. Methods Immune turbidimetry method was used to detect the content of CysC in 50 cases patients with Systemic Lupus Erytbematosusand 50 cases of healthy persons between January 2015 and November 2016 in the Xinjiang Bazhou People＇s Hospital.The following outcomes were compared： CysC, UREA ,CREA, UAC, NAG and UALB. Results The content levels of CysC, UREA, CREA, UAC, NAG and UALB in 13 cases of urinary protein positive patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus were significantly higher than that of urinary protein negative patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus （P〈0.05）. The content level of CysC in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operation of detecting CysC is simple with good sensitivity which have high value in the early diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus renal damage, and provide the basis for early treatment and prognosis.
