皮层脑电图监测下切除术治疗脑肿瘤伴有癫痫症状患者的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of brain tumor patients with epilepsy by electrocorticography monitoring

目的探讨行皮层脑电图检测切除手术治疗脑肿瘤(BT)合并癫痫症状(Epilepsy)围术期的护理方法和效果。方法将本院收治的64例脑肿瘤伴癫痫症状行皮层脑电图检测切除手术患者随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32),分别行围术期常规护理围术期、综合护理干预。对比2组患者干预后脑电图癫痫波再次出现率、并发症发生情况、护理服务满意度等。结果观察组患者术后癫痫波出现率为3.13%,并发症发生率为6.25%,护理满意度为93.75%;对照组分别为15.63%、18.75%、71.88%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在脑肿瘤伴有癫痫表现患者行皮层脑电图下切除手术围术期间行综合护理干预能够消除或降低癫痫症状的再次发生,提升治疗安全性和护理质量,因此值得普及应用。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing methods and effect of the surgical treatment of brain tumor （BT） patients with epilepsy by electrocorticography monitoring （EEG）. Methods A total of 64 brain tumor cases with epilepsy treated by EEG detection surgery were randomly divided into control group （n=32） underwent routine nursing in perioperation period, and observation group （n = 32 ） with comprehensive nursing intervention, reappear rate of epilepsy wave, complication and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Reoccurrence rate of epilepsy wave, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in observation group was 3.13%, 6.25%, and 93.75%, and control group were 15.63%, 18.75% and 71.88%, respectively （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce reoccurrence rate of epilepsy, enhance the safety of the treatment and nursing quality. Therefore, it is worthy popularization and application.
