自制黏性治疗贴在减少头颈外科患者用药差错中的应用研究

Application of self-made adhesive plaster in reducing medication errors in patients in department of head and neck surgery

目的探讨自制黏性治疗贴在减少头颈外科患者用药差错中的应用效果。方法选取2014年4月—2015年6月在本院头颈外科进行住院治疗的500例患者为研究对象,使用自制黏性治疗贴,设为观察组。选取2013年1月—2014年1月在本院头颈外科进行住院治疗的患者500例为研究对象,使用传统方法,设为对照组。比较2组患者的用药护理差错、护理满意度以及护士工作量。结果观察组的护理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,护士检查药物的时间短于对照组,药物检查的落实率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制黏性治疗贴有效降低了头颈外科的药品使用差错,提高了患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-made adhesive plaster in reducing medication errors in department of head and neck surgery. Methods A total of 500 patients in department of head and neck surgery from April 2014 to June 2015 were selected as observation group. Another 500 hospitalized patients in department of head and neck surgery from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as control group. Nursing errors, nursing satisfaction and the workload of nurses were compared. Results The incidence of errors rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Nursing satisfac- tion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the time of nurses to check the drug was shorter than that in the control group, the implementation rate of drug examination was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Self-made adhesive plaster can effectively reduce the use of drugs and improve the nursing sat- isfaction of patients in department of head and neck surgery.
