综合性护理对疤痕妊娠产妇的术后恢复及预后的影响分析

Effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative recovery and prognosis of pregnant women with scar pregnancy

目的分析综合性护理对疤痕妊娠产妇剖宫术后早期恢复及并发症发生的影响。方法选取本院收治的疤痕妊娠产妇100例,随机分为2组。观察组50例在常规护理基础上采取综合性护理方式,对照组患者50例给予一般护理。观察2组产妇术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间、平均阴道出血量以及血液中β-HCG水平恢复正常的时间。结果观察组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、阴道出血量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组产妇平均住院时间短于对照组,血液β-HCG水平恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组产妇术后并发症的总发生率差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组产妇初乳时间、24 h内哺乳幼儿次数均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫术后48 h产妇血清泌乳素远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以有效促进疤痕妊娠产妇术后的早期康复,降低并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the early recovery and the incidence of complications of pregnant women with scar pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, given routine nursing, comprehensive nursing, respectively. Postoperative anal exhaust time, ambulation time, average hospital stay, average amount of vaginal bleeding, and blood β-HCG level were observed in 2 groups. Results Maternal postoperative anal exhaust time, ambulation time and average amount of vaginal bleeding were less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; And observation group had shorter ma- ternal hospitalization time, and return to normal time of bloodβ-HCG level than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in total incidence rate of complications （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Colostrum time, 24 hours feeding time for infants were better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Postoperative 48 h maternal？ serum prolactin in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively promote the early rehabilitation of pregnant women with scar pregnancy, and reduce the incidence of complications.
