摘要
洗必泰碘络合物有良好的抑菌作用。可用为皮肤抗菌剂。家兔试验表明,对感染伤口在清创后使用该药可减少感染的细菌,促进愈合。
Chlorhexidine-iodine complex (CIC) was prepared in laboratory. It showed excellent inhibitory action on bacteria (including anaerobes) in paper disc test. It was indicated in rabbit experiment that the bacteria in artificially infected wound decreased significantly and the healing of wound was hastened by local application of CIC after debridement. Its therapeutic effect in patients remains to be observed further in clinical application.
