宣钢4^#高炉回收煤气停炉生产实践

摘要 宣铜4^#高炉根据生产组织需要于2016年12月8日停炉,在停炉过程中,通过对炉顶打水量、氮气通入量的控制,将顶温及炉喉煤气中H2和O2的含量控制在合理范围内(预温控制在350-450℃,炉喉煤气H2%〈1(10,O2%〈0.8),避免了煤气的爆震,延长了回收高炉煤气的时间,实现了安全、环保、快速停炉。 No.4 blast furnace of xuanhua iron according to the needs of production organization was stopped in 2016 on December 8.In the process of the blast furnace blow-out, by controlling the top of water and the nitrogen intake, controlled the furnace top temperature, hydrogen content and oxygen content in gas control in reasonable rang(the furnace top temperature between 350℃ to 450℃, the hydrogen content is less than 10%, the oxygen content is less than 0.8%),to avoid the gas detonation,prolong the recover of blast furnace gas,implement the security, environmental protection,boiler stop quickly.
